Today, I had major swings in activities. From operations, to strategy, to book editing, to mentoring, to training. It was quite a roller coaster.
The switch between each activity was so effortless, I was surprised at myself. I had to ask what was different about today?
From my reflection, the difference I found was that I set the schedule for each activity. None was forced on me. I was in control of my time, and I actually got more done.
I am now thinking about ways to have 80% of my schedule controlled by me.
I am thankful for reflection, and the insights it provides.
