Today, I watched a documentary on World War II.
It was difficult to watch. I can only imagine what it was like for a lived reality.
War leaves no one whole. It breaks both the victor and the vanquished.
I could not help but think about the Nigerian soldiers fighting against terrorists on various fronts.
Their stories might never be told, but they make many other stories possible.
I am thankful for the sacrifices made by soldiers on the front line.
