Not all who can read, care to read.
Aliteracy occurs in varying degrees.
Some people will just never read Terms and Conditions, Instructions, Manuals, Books or anything beyond a headline, neon sign and tweet.
I guess since the devil is in the details, some would rather avoid the devil, but unwittingly still suffer from his greatest weapon – ignorance.
The challenge we are walking into, will be how to get the literate to read.
