No one that encourages you to live in sin loves you.
They are at best, ignorant and at worst, selfish.
It is hard to see this real time, because sin seems perfect in the moment, but it unravels to its true essence really fast.
Its true essence is death. Death of small parts of you, which aggregate into death of the whole being.
Those who love you actively advise against sin, even when it is an inconvenient truth. They will rather have you live (no matter the cost), than die (to save cost).
