The Craftmanship Mindset

If we are not careful while listening to media, we might assume that perfection is an anomaly that should be avoided. But the proponents of that thinking had a different intent. The intent was to stop people from using “perfect” as an excuse for not getting started.

It’s about separating perfection as a direction (valuable) from perfection as a requirement (paralyzing).

There is nothing wrong with perfect.

It is a good pull for excellence.

The point is: don’t stop because you’re not yet there, but don’t also aim for less.

This is the craftsmanship mindset.
