No, I did not get paid, I paid for something.
I know the frustration in not getting paid. It sucks. But there is another type of frustration that surprisingly sucks just as much – the inability to exchange money for what you want.
I was introduced to an app that I was told would reduce the friction in some international transactions. I kept it in the cooler for a while, but a crisis came up recently that required urgent payment for an item.
The payment went through seamlessly, with no need to contact customer care.
I am thankful for the entrepreneurs that go beyond observation to action.
