Today, I shared my first 90 days plan and 3-year strategy with my team.
Some wow moments for me:
- We have so many 4th borns. 90% of the team. The coincidence is staggering.
- One of us has a highly spiritual nature, another is atheist, and they are neighbors at work.
- There is a tough guy whose parents hoped would be a girl at birth, so they named him Ngozi. I never would have guessed that one.
- How kind people were with feedback during the benefits and concerns exercise.
What a day it was.
I am thankful for a great team. We will tell these stories.
