Children should be brought into homes that are joyful.
They should not be saddled with the responsibility of making a home joyful.
Otherwise, they become victims of a responsibility the adults in their lives could not carry.
Worse still, they lose their innocence before they are able to build guards to protect it.
If you are sad, find a solution that does not involve dragging in a child.
There are too many people that are needlessly broken because they started the work of fixing adults before they could utter a word.
