Asking for help is not a weakness. The truly great people I know, ask for help often.
One of the first signs of weakness I have seen in Managers is their unwillingness to ask for help. If a person cannot ask for help, he is more prone to cover up mistakes. And nothing destroys integrity – the core of wholeness, than cover ups.
This does not negate the innate need to try and see the solutions you can offer in the circumstances life throws at you. You just need to understand that to go far in life, knowing when to ask for help and asking for it, helps.
