Input

For most systems, the 3 most important elements of production are input, waste and delivery.

The trick is to continually improve the quality of input, reduce the quantity of waste, and increase the velocity of delivery.

The most difficult of the 3 is input.

The most misunderstood of the 3 is waste.

The most critical of the 3 is delivery.
