Worry

While I’m worried about what the world thinks of me, the world is thinking more about what doesn’t exist.

While I’m worried about my mistakes, many are grateful for the learning opportunity.

While I’m worried about what comes next, what comes next doesn’t even care much for who comes next.

While I’m worried about my legacy, my legacy doesn’t even need me.

While I’m worried, I remind myself that my mind is creating a circus with an audience of one – me.

Flee

Matthew 12:14-16
But the Pharisees went out and took counsel against him, how to destroy him.
Jesus, aware of this, withdrew from there. And many followed him, and he healed them all, and ordered them not to make him known.

Homily:

When you are aware of the evil plot of others, flee.
Avoid testing the waters, to see if you stand, flee.
Their hearts might not change, but the times will.
In time, you will prevail. For now, be still.
