Outcomes matter

The story of Sisyphus ties in well with a quote from D. Muthukrishnan

“If you don’t give up and succeed, it is called persistence.

If you don’t give up and fail, it is called stubbornness.

Same quality of the same person is labelled differently purely based on the outcome.”

Outcomes matter.

This is why short term wins are very important in change management.

The most misunderstood and unappreciated efforts are the efforts that yield no desired or agreed results. Work done becomes zero.

Meditation

Psalms 77:11-14
I will call to mind the deeds of the LORD; yea, I will remember thy wonders of old.
I will meditate on all thy work, and muse on thy mighty deeds.
Thy way, O God, is holy. What god is great like our God?
Thou art the God who workest wonders, who hast manifested thy might among the peoples.

Homily:

God dear, you are worthy of all glory and praise. I am ever humbled by the grace of deep relationship with You. Help me to continually abide in Your Word, Amen.
