The cycle after a stop

Most things are cyclical and then they stop. Sometimes, the stop is triggered by an external force, most times by an internal force.

A poor diet promotes less physical activity which ensures a poor diet, and the cycle continues, until you’re body shamed or you fall ill.

A healthy diet promotes more physical activity which ensures a healthy diet, and the cycle continues, until your peers make you feel lonely or you feel like binging.

We know when we are in a positive cycle and when we are in a negative cycle. We keep up the cycle, then like clockwork, we stop. The difference in humankind is in the cycle that comes after a stop.
