A beautiful psalm

Psalms 27:1, 4, 13-14
The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
One thing have I asked of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in his temple.
I believe that I shall see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living!
Wait for the LORD; be strong, and let your heart take courage; yea, wait for the LORD!

Homily:

I am the Lord’s.

And that is enough.

Breathe in

“Then the LORD God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.” – Genesis 2:7

God breathed into us, and we became living beings. He did not need to help us breathe out.

In CPR, to resuscitate, you breath into the unconscious, breathing out naturally follows.

If you pay attention to breathing in, breathing out will follow, naturally.

If you pay attention to what you let in, what you let out will take care of itself.

If you pay attention to what you read, what you say will take care of itself.

If you pay attention to inputs, outputs will align to purpose.

What comes out is a function of what goes in.

Pay attention to what goes in.

Breathe in.
