[16/09, 08:30]: It’s alot..I can go on and on
[16/09, 08:30]: I will not be able to repay you for all of it..for especially being there when it mattered the most
[16/09, 08:31]: The universe will keep rewarding you with kindness, I am sure of that.
[16/09, 08:32]: I wish you could see my heart and see the gratitude therein, but I can only say it and I hope it makes meaning the way my heart is carrying it.

I choose

Do what you feel is right and your energy levels will increase.
Do what you feel is wrong and your energy levels will decrease.

We know what energises us and what drains us.

We choose what drains us more than what energises us, because we have been made to believe the height of joy is premised on the depth of sorrow.

Today, I choose what energises me. Today, I choose to smile. I choose the things that make me smile.

Luke 9:23-26
And he said to all, “If any man would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.
For whoever would save his life will lose it; and whoever loses his life for my sake, he will save it.
For what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses or forfeits himself?
For whoever is ashamed of me and of my words, of him will the Son of man be ashamed when he comes in his glory and the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.

Homily:

For every choice, there’s a cross.
We take up crosses daily, with our daily choices.
Jesus advises that we choose Him.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” – Matthew 11:28-30
