If only you understood the task ahead of you, you would see that it makes no sense to compete against your collaborators. You need everyone you can get, for the task at hand.
The returns available are in several magnitudes, greater than the people available.
Your fear of scarcity is what breeds scarcity.
Open up your eyes and see – there is enough to go round. No need for silos.
Pray for more collaborators. Actively seek them.
