“When and if you get an infusion of real money from investors, what should you do with it? Not spend it, that’s what. In nearly every startup that fails, the proximate cause is running out of money. Usually there is something deeper wrong. But even a proximate cause of death is worth trying hard to avoid.” – Paul Graham

The Streetlight Effect
Knowing where to search is more important than the vigor of search.
Wake up
The day does not break suddenly. Dawn lets the light in gently. But if you sleep through the dawn, of course your eyes will sting if you open it suddenly to daylight.
The night does not cover suddenly. Dusk withdraws the light slowly. But if you do not act before the light recedes, of course darkness will drown and blind you suddenly.
Nature is not designed for sudden occurrences. Everything builds up or degrades over time.
Wake up and act, early.

Owe nothing, but love
Romans 13:8
Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law.
Homily:
Start by replacing the vengeance you think you owe people with love. You will feel so light, you will fly.
