Low capability breeds mutual disrespect and distrust.
Trust fosters collaboration.
Distrust entrenches cover-up.
To improve collaboration, deliberately assess and improve individual capabilities.

We are presented daily with opportunities to build a deep relationship with God.
The most prevalent are the people He allows into our path.
Care for them with love, kindness and mercy.
You cannot connect with the Creator any better than you connect with His creation.
