Ship

When creating or building anything, there is one thing you always have to remember – “No creation is ever perfect and complete”.

You just have to decide when to ship, and keep fine-tuning from feedback.

This is not a hall pass for delivering a shoddy job, but a call to leave judgment to your target market.

If you wait till you think your creation is perfect and complete, you will automatically not be pre-disposed to feedback. The ultimate recipe for stagnation.

Sirach 26:1-3, 15-18
Happy is the husband of a good wife; the number of his days will be doubled. A loyal wife rejoices her husband, and he will complete his years in peace. A good wife is a great blessing; she will be granted among the blessings of the man who fears the Lord. A modest wife adds charm to charm, and no balance can weigh the value of a chaste soul. Like the sun rising in the heights of the Lord, so is the beauty of a good wife in her well-ordered home. Like the shining lamp on the holy lampstand, so is a beautiful face on a stately figure. Like pillars of gold on a base of silver, so are beautiful feet with a steadfast heart.

Homily:

When you see a man with a good wife, it shows.
When you see a woman with a good husband, it shows.

These things are not hidden. It shows.

And when things are otherwise, it shows.

It is not long covered-up – good or bad.

I pray that you work on being a good partner, first.
It makes it easier to see the good in your spouse.
