“I just dey observe” – popular Nigerian quote.
Observation is the key to limitless opportunities.
People who observe themselves are most aware of their thoughts, emotions and intentions. They are conscious of which to nurture and which to starve.
Institutions that observe the market are most aware of the patterns. They decide which path will take them farthest with the least input.
Those who observe their environment are most aware of its nudges. They act and adapt with agility.
Observe, and learn from everything.

The harvest
Matthew 9:35-38
And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every infirmity. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; pray therefore the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”
Homily:
The demand for leadership is ever-growing.
The supply of leadership is ever-shrinking.
Leaders need to understand that their primary purpose is to reproduce leaders, not replicate followers.
Ends are many, paths are few.
I pray Our Father inspires more hearts to build more paths.
