Today, I read something that had an immediate impact.
@FitFounder tweeted, “If you’re reading this, please fix your posture & breathe deeply.”
I immediately adjusted my posture, and took in a deep breath.
I felt lighter.
I am thankful for timely messages that refresh the day.
