Today, I took a walk with Barry Schwartz and his paradox of choice.
Very illuminating on how too many choices can actually lead to negative outcomes, such as paralysis, bad decisions and dissatisfaction with good decisions.
Basically being spoilt for choice leaves you worse off, not better off.
It is one of those truths you innately know, but it only comes to your consciousness when someone else captures it succinctly.
I am thankful for beautiful minds that illuminate my path.
