Today, I caught myself celebrating the win of a colleague. Hands raised in the air and smiling. My reflection on the glass window was full of joy.
Whenever I raise up my hands in a vee, it is never a sign of surrender, but a sign of victory.
We stay winning, even when it is not apparent.
I am thankful for progress – invisible and visible.

War
War has never helped to bring peace, but that has never stopped humankind from trying.
War is the strongest pointer that the human ego serves only one purpose – destruction.
War is also the greatest accelerator of innovation across civilizations. The ego is not all-bad after all.
War has always been and will continue to be a marker of society’s progress. It accelerates the destruction of the old, and construction of the new.
War should never be dressed up as a necessity for peace. It is not. Understanding the purpose it serves will help you decide what side you to be on – the destroyer or the innovator.
