Today, I rediscovered why plums are one of my favorite fruits.
Fleshy, succulent, sweet, a simple single hard seed, and no after taste.
Not surprising it is believed to be one of the first fruits domesticated by humankind. Our progenitors knew what they were doing.
I am thankful for healthy pleasures, free of guilt trips.

Enduring relationships
When you decide to marry, the culture of the woman governs proceedings.
When you decide to divorce, the culture of the marriage governs proceedings.
When you want to start a relationship, you meet the other party at their place of comfort.
When you want to end a relationship, you leave each other out in the open.
The start of relationships promotes harmony, because one party sacrifices all of themselves and accepts all of the other.
The end of relationships is a better reflection of reality, as both parties bear significant tradeoffs.
Enduring relationships go back to the values of the start more often – One partner sacrifices being right and meets the other at their place of comfort. Each partner takes turns to do this.
