Today, I took a first step on a new path.
I took the arms off the clock ⏰, and embraced freedom.
There are a lot of crosses we carry because society has conditioned us to believe the medal is time spent, not value added. I choose otherwise.
I am thankful for new beginnings.
What if you save all your life and a crazy leader comes along to devalue your savings to almost zero?
What if you follow a trusted investment plan and get wiped out by a global financial crisis?
What if you eat healthy all your life and an unexplainable illness comes along to incapacitate you?
What if you are doing everything right at work and a hostile takeover brings in a new parent company that kicks you out?
What if you work out every day and end up battling an aneurysm?
What if you provide everything for your family and they all die in a plane crash?
What if you live a good life and find nothing in the life hereafter?
Until you find what you can do in spite of how the pendulum swings, a “what if” exists that can stop you.
