Today, I explored the parts of my workplace that are off the beaten path, engaging people I only meet on the walkway, talking about only the things that matter to them, and committing to addressing at least 80% of their concerns before the end of the week.

A hack: When you truly listen to people, 50% of their concerns are solved.

So I basically have 30% to go this week.

I am thankful for the privilege of being able to listen to all voices.
