Take a chance

Today, I completed a training program on business communication.

The delivery by the facilitator was a masterclass in presentation.

What was even more impressive was how he had built a framework around what he obviously honed over time, ensuring it was easily transmissible.

He used acronyms lavishly, but even better, he used humor as an elixir to aid learning and engagement. Everyone felt they were seen and listened to.

I ended each day feeling grateful for the time well spent.

I am thankful for those who take a chance to build possibilities. Their spark leads to glocal wildfires.

Consistency

When you find what you do well, stick with it.

You will learn consistency through it, and consistency will serve you well in areas you are not necessarily excited about.

No one works only on what they are excited about, but the greats bring the same discipline, whether they are excited or not.
