Today, I was part of the team that chaired the closing ceremony of a youth empowerment program.

The sparkle in their eyes was a reminder that work can be a source of meaning in life.

The skills they acquired were basic, but basic skills are the skills every human on the planet always need. Their work will always command pay.

I enjoyed my one-on-one conversations with them. They were so excited to show their work and tell me the learning journey behind each piece.

Every human has a right to the dignity of labour.

I am thankful for being part of a company that gives back in meaningful ways.
