If there was any good that came out of covid for me, it is the decline of flu in my life.
It used to be a biweekly ritual, with flu meds always on my bedside.
I cannot remember coming down with the flu this year, even after trips to freezing parts of the world.
I do not know if it is the added advantage of the vaccine or just better hygiene in the spaces I live and work, but I’m loving it.
