Clarity

Today, I felt a little under the weather.

It is happening a little too often, and I need to pay more attention to keeping warm.

I have been down with a flu twice in two weeks, and the circumstances that led to each could have been prevented.

I need to do better for my health.

I am thankful for the clarity ill-health brings.

    Try to infuse lots of fruits, vegetables into your meal routines. Pineapple contains Bromelain which is great to combat flu. Add some ginger and turmeric too. Try to reduce your exposure to Airconditioners. You may want to keep your windows open instead but with the net in place.
