Memory

It was designed to protect us.

To protect us, it must be continually updated. Otherwise, it limits us.

A lot of our memory space needs decluttering and freeing.

To free up space in memory, free up space in your living space. This can be done by decluttering your space or moving to a better organized space.

Memory adjusts to the space you are in.

Updating memory is impossible without continual learning and reflection. I know the memory that serves me and the ones that limit me. The gift of choice makes it possible for me to choose which one is called upon at any time. I am never a victim of memory. I am its summoner.
