Take Back Control

Try to take back control of your day from your phone.

First, do all that is important before picking up your phone in the morning.

Pray, exercise, drink water, bathe, get dressed, have breakfast (if that’s your thing), kiss your loved ones, and be ready for the day before your phone sees the light of day.

You never know what the day holds, but it is best to be ready before it starts.

Keep your phone away during conversations with people, during walks, and during meals. You’ll be surprised how much more time less screen time creates in a day.

A day is enough for all of life’s questions. You just have to keep life’s current greatest distraction—the phone—under control.
