Utility

People use you for what you have been useful for.

If you don’t like your utility, stop being it.

If someone always calls you for a favour and only asks about your well-being as a courtesy, and you like such utility, keep doing favours.

But if it does not sit right with you, tell them you’ve run out of favours and stop offering any. They will either stop calling or call out of true care for your well-being.
