No problem

All problems are birthed by solutions.

This is why we must be critical about solutions. Most of the time, to solve a problem, it is good to find out the solution that birthed it.

Root cause failure analysis are thus not looking for the problem, but the solution that birthed it. The aim is to craft better solutions that birth more manageable problems.

When I see a title – “Solution Provider”, I flee, because the bearers are the harbingers of problems.

No solution, No problem.

Worry

You know that thing that is getting you worried, be worried about it. You are not paranoid. That thing is important enough to keep you awake, at least, for now.

Worry is a luxurious feeling. Enjoy it while it lasts, for what kind of life is a life without worry.

90% (or more) of all you worried about last year do not currently matter. But that worrying got you here. You are still alive and hopefully, lively.

This year you have worried over a new 90% again. Well done. Keep going.

What might make things even better is if you focus on improving the 10% that has lingered. Your health, your relationships, your life’s meaning.
