The Spirit intercedes

Romans 8:26-30
Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with sighs too deep for words.
And he who searches the hearts of men knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
We know that in everything God works for good with those who love him, who are called according to his purpose.
For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the first-born among many brethren.
And those whom he predestined he also called; and those whom he called he also justified; and those whom he justified he also glorified.

Homily:

Let the Spirit lead.

T&C

Why do you think that people who do not read terms and conditions (T&C) on online apps, read the documents you make them to sign off at the office, as a control?

I have found that people basically generically sign off documents, hoping that –

  1. No one will bother to crosscheck.
  2. There will be no issue from that sign off.
  3. Someone else below or above should have checked or will check before signing.
  4. This documentation will be scrapped anyway.

In almost all investigations into deviations, I have found that documentation in one way or the other was compromised.

If you need something to be consistently done, then build a system that works, independent of sign offs.

If you need someone/people to be blamed (sorry, accountable), build a system that depends on a lot of sign offs.
