Everybody that starts a journey, wants to see its end.
On the journey of life, we all desire that end in old age. Children, youths, adults, most humans desire that end in old age.
Why then do so many young people scorn old age?
Is it that the examples of old age around them do not look like the end they desire?
Is it that the young are designing or choosing an alternate end?
Or is it just naivety?
Whatever the case, as individuals we must take care of ourselves better, to have an enviable old age.
The end of our lives should be more beautiful than the beginning, otherwise, what was the point of the journey?
Take care of your spirituality, health and finances. Do it now. Old age is actually the sweetest time of life, but a lot of that sweetness is determined by what is put in and what is removed from an early age.
