In the way an individual handles anything, you can gain insight into how they handle everything.
It is sometimes unfair that judgment is passed with a limited view, but character is made visible in all that you do.
If you change in any area of your life, it shows in more areas than the area of your change.
You can use this to your advantage.
Instead of trying to improve your whole life with new year resolutions, choose a small part, and make the change stick. That small change will send reverberations to other parts of your life.
What that small change will be is up to you. Just be consistent with that small change and watch it change you.
