One of the most beautiful things to behold is seeing a person that has found work that is an expression of their love.
The difficulties and challenges with the work seem to pale in comparison to what they feel they’re creating. To the onlooker, you might wonder how they seem to extract joy from such difficult situations, but to them, they wonder why no one else thought of this path or is seeing what they see.
One of the first things to change in such people is their vocabulary. A shift from victim vocabulary to owner vocabulary. A shift from entitlement to gratitude. A shift from “one day, everyday” to “day one, everyday”.
It is one of the most beautiful things I have been privileged to see and I want to be around those people forever.
