Cue 60: The Ringelmann Effect
“The Ringelmann effect is the tendency for individual members of a group to become increasingly less productive as the size of their group increases.”
Reality
What you want exists.
If you can’t find it, create it.
What you do shapes you.
If you don’t like it, avoid it.
What you say manifests.
If you don’t want it, silence it.

Rest
Most times, when we think we are tired of something, what we need is just some rest.
Too many times, we quit, when what was required was just a break.
The physiological triggers for quitting and resting are similar, but the long term effect on character are significantly different.
A trend of quitting when you feel strained, limits growth.
A trend of taking breaks when you feel strained, accelerates growth.

Holy
Leviticus 19:1-2, 17-18
And the LORD said to Moses, “Say to all the congregation of the people of Israel, You shall be holy; for I the LORD your God am holy. “You shall not hate your brother in your heart, but you shall reason with your neighbor, lest you bear sin because of him. You shall not take vengeance or bear any grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the LORD.
Homily:
What is holiness?
It is a simple word with complex dimensions. For the purpose of this homily, let us express holiness as wholeness or completeness. Requiring no external input for balance or internal modification for improvement.
Whole – Father, Son and Spirit.
Complete – Body, Soul and Spirit.
All acting as one.
All agreeing as one.
As a human, this completeness is only possible when the spirit leads.
How will you know whether your spirit leads?
Pay attention to the fruits you bring forth. The fruits of the spirit are unmistakable.
