John 20:21-23
Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I send you.” And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.”

Man’s beginning started with a breath.
“Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.” – Genesis 2:7
Man’s rebirth started with a breath.
“And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit.” – John 20:22
To connect to your being, pay attention to your breath.
