Seriously, it is never that serious.
Winning, losing, success, failure, exhilaration, boredom, all are needle points pricking you to notice something about your present. None of it is that serious.
Your life is the only thing that is serious. Use all that the world brings, to improve your understanding of life. Do not get distracted by the highs, lows, peaks or valleys. They are all passing phases. Your life is the only thing that is permanent, at least as long as you exist.
Wherever you are, whatever you’re up to and whoever you’re with right now, it is not that serious, seriously.
