We complain about what we enjoy enough to endure.
If we get no pleasure from what we complain about, we do not waste time complaining, we move on.
The individual that takes the time to fill a customer complaint form still enjoys your product enough to endure the inconvenience it has presented and they go the extra mile to tell you. If not, they will simply move on.
The relationship you complain about yet do not leave is an indication that you actually enjoy being there. There are many relationships you have left without any need to tarry in complaint, you just packed up and left.

Complaining is neither a problem nor a solution. It is a signal that you care. You care enough to rather stay where you are than leave.
If however, you are complaining because you do not want to remain in a place, you are not as powerless as you think. You can leave. Immediately you start working at leaving, the path to leave will become clearer.
