The way you do one thing is the way you will do all things.
The assumption that scaling up will reduce flaws is naive.
Scientists understand this based on their practice.
If something does not work at laboratory scale, they do not bother moving to industrial scale.
If something works at laboratory scale, a lot of caution is still applied when moving to industrial scale.
It is possible you need more resources to flourish, but if you cannot optimise what is at hand, more will only amplify your flaws.
