Growth

Growth requires space before anything else.

When we say people lack a growth mindset, we are saying they do not see the space requiring filling by them.
They are so focussed on a limited past, their vision limits an unlimited present.

When you have 90% market share in a category, you obviously need to open your eyes to the real category you’re playing in, or else you will stop growing, and claim it is because you are in a “mature” market.

The elephant in the room got into the room through a constraining door. If it gets out of the door, you realise it is like a grain of sand in the world.

Step out, expand the space you see. Growth will be an inevitable next step.

Thy Word

Psalms 119:1-2, 10-11, 17-18
Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the LORD! Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart, With my whole heart I seek thee; let me not wander from thy commandments! I have laid up thy word in my heart, that I might not sin against thee. Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live and observe thy word. Open my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.

Homily:

When we keep His word ever present in our heart, we gain understanding of our path, and the work we have been called to finish.

To understand the journey, we need an understanding of the beginning.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” – John 1:1
