What does a good day look like?
What will it take for you to design it?
For me, a good day starts with a good night’s sleep. Anything that will keep me up at night is designed out, for example, eating a late heavy meal or checking my email when in bed.
Next, I achieve something of value to me before I turn on the lights. I meditate and I write. Meditation zeroes me in to my being, and writing sets a new direction.
Then I talk to my loved ones. Without any distractions. I act as their cockcrow, making sure they are gifted with a new day, and an upside down rainbow on their lips.
Finally, I turn on the music box, do some light work out, and hit refresh on my body in the bathroom.
Whatever the day brings after that, I am ready.
The start of my day is the critical design element of my whole day.
