Power is an external weapon that protects the bearer, for as long as they wield it.
Power is jealously held because it is unstable. It is always demonstrated, because your hands need to show what it holds.
No matter your disposition, it always moves on to those whose hands are willing to do anything for it.
The bearer never understands it, because it is borrowed.
Strength is an internal weapon that sustains its bearer, for as long as they nurture it.
Strength is silently built over time. It does not need to be demonstrated, because your heart does not need to show what it holds.
Strength stays with you for as long as your heart beats.
The bearer understands it, because it is owned.
Power is easily distinguishable from Strength when life presents its extremes, and life always tests humankind with extremes.
Power is chaotic in extremes; Strenght remains calm.
The difference really lies in their essence.
Power needs to be exercised for it to remain potent, but Strength is needs to be stretched to remain potent. Extremes are a stretch, so Strength comes through.
There is value in either, and you cannot achieve balance without both, but if you are for any reason being tipped over or out of balance, try to lean towards Strength. It is enduring.
Power lies in your hands; Strength grows in your heart.
Your hand cannot long hold on to anything, but your heart can.
