Today, I woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
My body just seemed disconnected from me. I basically had to drag myself through the day.
Exercise did not help. Talking to a friend that always makes me laugh did not help. Listening to music did not help. Everything just seemed like a distraction.
I have not been able to place a finger on why I feel so heavy, but I got all the things that needed to be done completed.
I am hoping tonight’s sleep will help.
I am thankful for days where I still get things done, without motivation.
