Today, I had the pleasure of unplugging.
Unplugging from all rat races and following whatever strikes my fancy.
When people say freedom is choice over allocation of your attention, they are right.
But J. Krishnamurti also teaches that freedom is discipline. And by discipline he meant discipleship to life, or in simpler terms, learning.
I am thankful for days where I can let go and drift to where the wind goes.
