Today, I reread the final newsletter from my outgoing MD/CEO.
A piece of advice from him stood out for me.
“My recommendation to you is to find someone you can trust and ask for advice. Do not keep your problems (or best ideas) to yourself, because it is when you express them that you start finding a solution.”
It resonated.
I am thankful for the clarity endings bring.
