Today, I was asked how I switch between the various roles I play in my professional and personal life.
For one, the “I am” you see at work is the “I am” at home.
If an individual from my personal life runs into an individual from my professional life, they would find more common ground than surprises when describing me.
I have sometimes shown family members results of my 360 degree assessments and personality profile tests. The response is always same – “They know you.”
I am thankful for the gift of spaces to be fully me.
